On-site assessment may be conducted; costs for the visit are chargeable to the selected company, excluding travel, stay, and related expenses.

Eligibility
Evaluation of nomination for Green Enviro Foundation Awards is an intensive process. Nominations are evaluated by the Jury Experts from Government, Academia, and Industry.
- Preliminary evaluation of nominations.
- Virtual presentation with original documents by shortlisted nominees (mandatory).
- Site visit of shortlisted companies/units, whenever feasible.
- Award declaration & award presentation.
